We Are Appointment Only.
You can request the following appointments:

  • Place an order for a custom hat. Reserve a Custom Hat Consultation. We accept a limited number of custom hat orders per month with priority given to previous customers. Each time our waiting list opens it will be announced on our mailing list/ Covid-19 has created significant delays in the supply chain that are still impacting our felt suppliers. Please plan for your custom hat to take at least 6 months.

  • Off-The-Rack purchase: We carry a very small selection of hats made in house. We will contact you after the appointment is requested to what you are looking for before you come in.

  • Purchase or redeem a Gift Certificate: To redeem a gift certificate choose the custom hat appointment.

  • Drop off a Paul’s Hat Works hat for some TLC. Please plan a month or two ahead for this service as we can only process a limited number of hats per month. Limit 3 at a time.

  • Pick up custom hat, or hat purchased online: We will call you when it is time to make this appointment.

  • Pick up a Paul’s Hat Works hat that has come into the shop for some TLC. We will call you when it is time to make a pick up appointment. Note; we don’t work on hats that were not made in our shop.
